Julie has over 20 years' experience in planning, managing, implementing and providing expert technical advice in development cooperation programs which focus on health, human rights, livelihood, education and other aspects within Africa. She has previously led multi-sectoral teams of consultants, Government, Civil Society and other Non-State stakeholders to research, evaluate, plan and implement development cooperation initiatives in various countries in Africa. Julie has worked in Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar. She is an associate consultant with ALMACO.
