Elijah has over 25 years' experience in trade development including trade facilitation, international trade negotiations and regional trade development. He has been involved in developing Kenya's position papers on WTO agreements and led Kenyan negotiation delegations to WTO Geneva. He has also been involved in regional trade negotiations in the East African Community and the COMESA region. He is an associate consultant with ALMACO.
