Dr Mairura has over 30 years' experience as an educator, educational planner and trainer in both the formal and informal settings not only in the private sector, but also in the public sector. He was Chairman of Entrepreneurship Department and Head of Marketing at Karatina University and Lecturer of Entrepreneurship and Management Studies at Moi University. He has wide range of experience design, implementation and monitoring & evaluation of micro and small enterprise training. He is the Technical Director, Entrepreneurship and Training Division.
