A procurement and supply chain management, Paul specialises in design of procurement and supply chain management systems; PSM system assessment and strengthening; development of PSM and operations manuals and; procurement plan. He is currently involved in consultancy in the areas of procurement and supply chain management, quantification, and quality assurance, costing, budgeting and development of PSM plans. He has worked in Liberia, Nigeria and Sudan. He is an associate consultant with ALMACO.
