Emmanuel, a monitoring and evaluation expert specializes in development of national and institutional M&E plan; strategic information management; M&E system assessment and strengthening; data quality assurance, and surveys and; project review and impact evaluation. He is currently involved in supporting Global Fund grant implementers in assessment and strengthening programmatic and M&E systems in different countries. He has worked in Botswana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leonne, and Zambia. He is an associate consultant with ALMACO.
