Nazir specialises in design and implementation of the internal audit function, design of financial management systems, grant making, costing and budgeting. He provided consultancy service to a number of development partners including Grant Management Solutions, and DFID. He was part of the team assisting Nigeria in the Global Fund grant making for the TB/HIV and Malaria grant. He was responsible for development of the internal audit plan as well as risk management. He is an associate consultant with ALMACO.
