David is a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) specialist with extensive training and experience in public health and data analysis. David has over 20 years' experience in health management information systems; routine immunization (RI), communicable disease surveillance, prevention and control; M&E of Maternal and Child Health; Nutrition; Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights; and TB and HIV/ AIDS water and sanitation. David has supported Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) programme serving as a statistical officer, Program M&E officer for EPI surveillance, routine immunization (RI) and supplemental immunization activities) SIA in Kenya. He has worked in Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Nigeria, Rwanda, Somalia and Tanzania. She is an associate consultant with ALMACO.
