Dr Bina Valaydon is a health specialist with technical expertise in health sector reform (SWAp), organizational development and overall health systems strengthening. Her areas of expertise further include: monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, program design and team leadership including technical report writing and editing. She has extensive experience in HIV and AIDS: prevention, institutional development, governance /leadership, strengthening of coordinating mechanisms - at both country and regional levels – and also at the implementer's level (Principal Recipient/PR). She has over 16 years' experience in providing technical support in developing countries including Mauritius, Seychelles, Madagascar, Union des Comores , Bangladesh, Mozambique, Zanzibar (Tanzania), Rwanda, Nigeria, Senegal and Southern-African region. She is an associate consultant with ALMACO
