Tom is a specialist in design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems, management information systems including databases, baseline studies and health systems research. He has extensive knowledge and application in a wide range of statistical and data management packages including SPSS and ACCESS. He has consulted in the East and South African region including Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda. He is an associate consultants with ALMACO.
