Jennifer is a health systems specialist with strong skills in organizational development, governance and leadership, global fund principal recipient support, program and financial management of grants, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, training and proposal development. She has been involved in supporting Global Fund implementers on financial management and risk management assessments and strengthening, concept note development and grant making in many countries including Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mauritius, Nigeria, Seychelles, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zanzibar. She is an associate consultant with ALMACO.
